We’re celebrating Dry July along with our friends at Seedlip, who’ve created this beautiful Feijoa Sour mocktail recipe. It’s made with our Feijoa Soda Syrup and their Seedlip Garden 108, and it’s a bit fancy (get out your cocktail shaker!).
- 50ml Seedlip Garden 108
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Six Barrel Feijoa Syrup
- 25ml Egg Whites (or aquafaba if vegan)
- Ice cubes
Add all ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake (shake without ice). Open the shaker – you should see a foamy head (if not, shake a bit more). Now add a good amount of ice. Shake once more, vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with rose petals or buds.
