• 40mL Aperol
  • 30mL Raspberry & Lemon Syrup
  • 30mL Lime juice
  • Egg white (optional)
  • Thyme (garnish)
  • Burnt orange twist (garnish)


Shake well in a cocktail shaker, with ice. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and/or a burnt orange twist.

Raspberry Lemon Soda Syrup

Our raspberry lemon is a classic pink lemonade, popular with kids and grownups alike since forever. We use real raspberries for a tart berry flavour and pink hue with lemon zest and juice for a refreshing citrus backbone. Try it with a slice of lemon or with light spirits or italian aperitifs.
